SIGNATURE

Introduced in 2007, the Signature collection celebrates the collaboration of SLANE founders Landon and Heath Slane in a motif of interlinked S’s. The newly created logo has launched an extension signature collection that is being launched this year. It includes the S-clasp closure, deco inspired cuffs, mixed metal earrings with onyx and other exquisite pieces.

ICONIC

Introduced in 1997, the Iconic collection is the foundation of the SLANE jewelry wardrobe. Elaborated and added to many times since its debut, Column, one of the iconic designs with its metal banding, is inspired by architectural columns ancient, global, and modern. The Iconic family includes the Fenestra collection which was inspired by the magnificent rose windows of European cathedrals. Also part of this family is the Twin Link collection whose signature is the twisted silver link, symbolizing bonding and unity. Pearls & chains are elements which are used most prominently in SLANE’s Iconic collection as well.

MOTION

The Motion collection is distinguished by its exploration of movement through motifs such as tassel and fringe, and the use of repeated ovals. Worked together, the small, sculptural ovals form a mesh-like texture that’s incredibly fluid and lightweight. Turquoise, black and white pearls plus semi-precious and precious stones such as sapphires, rubies and emeralds are often used in these collections.

SYMBOLS

Introduced in 1997, the Bee collection, SLANE’s most distinctive symbol was inspired by the Napoleonic bee, the ancient symbol of the French throne adopted and adapted by Napoleon as he vaulted France into the future. A totem of wisdom, nobility and strength, the SLANE bee has been integrated into a myriad of pieces¾rings, earrings, bracelets, pendants, necklaces¾that are often collected in suites. Over the years the collection has drawn inspiration from nature, spiritual, and mythological symbols including objects such sea pods, dogwood flowers, starfish, and the Greek goddess Rhea.
